OWF Drilling Consultancy Ltd (OWFD) is a specialist offshore marine construction consultancy based in Cornwall, UK. We provide independent expert guidance on large diameter drilling and piling works, marine construction, and offshore project management to site developers and contractors worldwide.
What sets OWF Drilling apart is the depth of operational experience our team brings. Our personnel and trusted partners have not just reviewed drilling works from an office — they have specified them, mobilised them, supervised and operated them in the field, and solved the problems that arise when theory meets reality offshore.
OWFD's Founder, Dave Buzzard worked with a major drilling services provider for 19yrs prior to setting up OWFD aiming to provide focused support for drilling and marine construction projects. We operate with independence from drilling contractors and equipment suppliers, ensuring that every recommendation we make is driven solely by what is best for our clients' projects.
